Redfern customer service is exceptional! Whenever I have a query the BSU are more than helpful. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the response times are very fast. The booking system is easy to use and the new features e.g. email button and quick searches are brilliant. The training sessions that the Account Manager’s run for staff to go through the system are also very valuable in our organisation. Overall Redfern provides a great service and yet it is clear that they are always looking for new ways to improve to make their services as effective and as efficient as possible.

We have been booking accommodation and travel with Redferns for a number of years, the online booking tool is very easy to use and the reports that are on offer help with the accounting of expenditure.
